Our Values

Recently, I came across the statements:
“pilots without maintainers would be pedestrians with cool sunglasses and jackets…”    

We, at expect, believe that:
“Both professions working hand in hand form an unbeatable team.”

Another example out of the press dated by end of 2019, which made me thoughtful....
(…) “otherwise our industrial site would become obsolete, we only would remain a service barrack”.

... what disparaging comments for all those motivated staff, working in the field of MRO, keeping the aircraft flying safely and reliable!

Everybody working alongside the process to keep the aircraft continuously safe and reliable in service should be valued and their contributions equally acknowledged. Every task performed at any level of the organization essentially contributes to the success of the whole operation.

Words are minting behaviors, they should be selected and used carefully.
